When hiring equipment you will need to provide one form of identification with your address and one other, e.g. Passport, birth certificate, wage slip, any official letter, driving licence, NHS pre-payment Certificate, NI card, Student matriculation card, DSS (rent,etc), works ID, bank statement (recent) or utility bill (recent).
