We Listened ... We Acted
Here are some examples of changes we have made to Ancrum Outdoor Centre's services in the past year after listening to our customers and service users:
- Developed a mobile responsive website so that users could view the website no matter which mobile device they choose to use
- Customers asked that printed sheets relating to particular activities were available on request. PDFs are now available for all activities that we provide. They are either printed for our customers or emailed out to them.
- E-newsletter service now available for the website as customers were looking for information about up and coming courses, events and offers.
- A waiting list for courses has been created to avoid disappointment in the future. An online form has been created so that customers can request that they are added to our waiting list.
- New courses have been created for adults. Comments received by Ancrum staff highlighted that adults would be interested in the same courses that were currently available for juniors.
