Guided Skye Munro Trip (1-4 Day option)
Join us for a guided trip to the best scrambling and mountaineering venue in the UK from 17th to 20th June, with the option to come for 1-4 days.
With 11 Munros including the Inaccessible Pinnacle the Black Cuillin' on Skye has been called the 'Scottish Alps'.
If you have specific objectives in mind or have never been to Skye before, your guide will work with you to ensure you get the most out of your trip.
We work with two clients to each guide so you can be sure of a personalised experience.
The cost includes any specialised equipment required (which will include camping equipment if sleeping out on the ridge). Transport and accomodation not included, but we can offer advice on places to stay.

The guided days can be split to allow for a rest. If the above dates are not suitable for you please get in touch about a bespoke course.
Some possible itineries to get you thinking:
- 1 Day - Pinnacle ridge onto Sgurr nan Gillean, traverse the ridge to Am Bhasteir before climbing onto Bhasteir tooth followed by a 30m Abseil.
- 1 Day - Inn Pin and Sgurr Muic Choinnich
- 1 Day (climbing day) - Climbing in Corie Lagan onto the Cioch (of Highlander fame) followed by an ascent of Sgurr Alasdair
- 2 Day - Boat trip to Loch Coruisk, climb the Dubh Slabs onto Sgurr Dubh Mor, followed by Sgurr nan Eag. Bivi overnight on the ridge. Day 2 Climb along the ridge to Sgurr Thearlaich, Sgurr Alasdair, Sgurr Mhic Coinnich and the Inn Pin.
Any day on the mountains of Skye will be a full day (8-10hrs) and will be enjoyed more by those with a good level of fitness.
The ridge traverse - a 4 day trip will be required for the traverse, for the best chance of success clients should be very fit and have had previous experience of Skye or steep rocky ground. For those interested in the traverse please contact the centre to discuss the options.
Our guides hold the Mountaineering Instructor Award as a minimum and are highly experienced. their knowledge of the Skye Mountains and its weather ensure you have the best possible experience on Skye.
