ADULTS Stand-Up Paddleboarding Intro - Age 18yrs+
Thinking of buying one........come and try before you do! Or bought one and now not sure what to do with it......come along for some expert instruction.
This evening session will cover the basics of paddle board safety and skills. Where to go? What to wear? Which paddle to use? Do you have to stand up? These and many other questions will be answered along with lots of fun and learning. This activity is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and we now offer brilliant intro sessions at a number of paddle locations across the Dundee and Tayside area.
There are so many reasons why we love it. It's a great form of exercise and a brilliant way to see nature on the rivers, lochs and sea ... oh did we mention it's lots of fun too!
Meet at Clatto Visitors Centre at 1800 (or alternative location to be confirmed)
Meet at Clatto for 1800 for your session. Bring Swimwear, towel, a snack and drink.
