Glenshee Alpine Ski Day, Adult Beginner
The largest ski area in Scotland is only an hour drive from Dundee, so we are able to take full advantage of that and are regular visitors. The terrain there gives us the ideal opportunity to learn and progress to getting around the area. Recent improvements in ski lifts and equipment make learning to ski easier than it has ever been.
Participants will learn how to use equipment, and learn the basics of skiing under the guidance of one of our Centre's qualified instructors.
This is an all-inclusive package which includes all ski equipment, clothing, helmet, lift pass and return transport from Ancrum, which is great value for money. There are limited spaces for this popular activity, and early booking is recommended.
Please note that this trip is weather dependant.
How do you know what level is for you?
Novice (if you've never been skiing before or have completed one of our dry-slope ski blocks, then this day is for you)
Intermediate (if you can ski on beginner/Green and easy Blue slopes and have had around 8 hours of ski instruction, please book onto this level)
Please Note: This trip will run if good weather/snow conditions allow, and will be confirmed 2 days before.
Meet at Ancrum 0800. Prior booking is essential, and all participants need to attend the Centre to get skis and clothing measured up and issued at least one day prior to trip.
