We're Recruiting for Active Travel Instructors
Do you enjoy working with children and young people and promoting walking and cycling? Join our team and help pupils develop the skills and confidence to travel safely and actively to and from school.
The Role
- Deliver walking and cycling sessions in primary and secondary schools
- Support pupils to build road awareness and confidence
- Promote active, healthy, and sustainable travel habits
- Work alongside teachers and school staff
Who We're Looking For
- Confident cyclists and walkers
- Comfortable working with children and young people
- Friendly, patient, and reliable
- Experience in education, coaching, or youth work welcomed
(Full training and support provided)
Safeguarding & PVG
- Appointment is subject to a satisfactory PVG check
- Applicants must be willing to comply with safeguarding policies and procedures
- Commitment to promoting the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people is essential
